Refund Policy

All programs offered by ANAAD Skills are completely free of cost for eligible beneficiaries, as they are funded by government or CSR initiatives.
Hence, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

In rare cases where a payment or deposit may apply (for specific services or certifications), such charges will be transparently communicated in advance.
Once paid, these amounts are non-refundable under all circumstances, except where mandated by applicable law.
